This paperweight, made in Scotland by Caithness, is named Summer Bouquet, described as \'A delicate bouquet of Summer Flowers skilfully lampworked and set within a multi-facetted paperweight\'.
It is part of the Whitefriars Four Seasons collection. Caithness bought the name of Whitefriars in 1981 to save it from dying out and have created paperweights inspired by the traditional Whitefriars style.
Issued in 1986 in a Limited Edition of 250 (but closed at 215), this is No. 124.
Designed by Allan Scott.
Itis approx 2 3/4\" (7 cm) in diameter.
Whitefriars Caithness Scotland Summer Bouquet 124/250 etched on base.
As new condition, therefore, no damage or scratches.
Includes stand with certificate and original box all in very good condition. (The white mark across the certificate on the photo is light reflection).
