I strive for honest representation of condition. Most of my items are gently used or vintage. I describe flaws that I can see on normal inspection, but do not guarantee it to be a comprehensive listing of all flaws. All items are sold as is. All items come clean and ready for play or display. Plush and cloth items are washed, and delicate or battery-powered items are steam-cleaned. Note that the purpose of steam cleaning is to freshen and disinfect, not remove every spot of dirt. Further cleaning is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns are accepted, in same condition; buyer pays return shipping. Refund is minus my original shipping cost, even on listings that indicate \"free shipping.\"
I often ship same day, but no later than next day, Monday-Saturday. Items shipped Fed-Ex are not shipped on Saturday.
