This is a wonderful piece by Dee Faust for Bethany Lowe, called the Christmas Snow Queen. The Queen is made of paper pulp with mica flakes, a crepe paper dress with a wire hoop skirt accented with tinsel and silver glitter. Under her open skirt is a little snow baby and in her hand is another little snow baby! There are silver glitter wings and a gold crown to top her off. This will make a great addition to your Holiday decorating, if you are not a collector of Bethany Lowe, this will make you into one! She measures 17 1/2\" X 11 1/2\" and is new.
