Good condition and guaranteed original Civil War 3rdModel Mississippi Rifle bayonet. Dated 1861 on the left side blade ricasso andhas a serial number on top of the brass grip. 25 ½” blade has mostly plumpatina with some scattered scale. Edge has several nicks. Brass grip has nicelooking patina. Lock button and leaf spring function fine. No scabbard. A hardto find Civil War saber bayonet for your collection.
