Civil War period drum made with a single ply of steambent solid tiger maple. Drum has rare ivory headed tacks. Overall dimensions are about 17\" in diameter and 16\" tall. This drum came out of an attic in an old Ohio home. The lady living there was moving to assisted living and she said her grandfather said the drum was from the Civil War.
