We thoroughly inspect all items listed for any tears, snags, stains, chips, cracks...etc. I run most of the clothing through dryer on low setting for few minutes before packing in order to freshen up or air out. All measurements are taken with item lying flat and no stretch. All items are listed with measurements, so PLEASE be sure and check measurements. We only list good quality clean items and will be sure to point out any kind of flaw or defect, if any. If you receive item and find that we missed something & you\'re not happy with transaction for any reason, please contact us BEFORE leaving any negative or neutral response and we will do all that we can to fix the problem ASAP and earn your 5 star response.
