1930 D.B. Smith Co. designed this type of hand pump for there Indian fire fighting tanks.Year of this tank is unknown. I reconditioned this tank and yes it does work.New black nylon straps will come with it not the green straps in pics.The decal is not original I could not find one so I printed this off line and glued it on with contact cement.This decal would have been the design used but it would have been on the center of the tank and 18\" long.Look close at pics no returns. Great attraction getter for Antique shop.
