Fillmore, printed in red, America with Flag, eagle and shield and Treasury seal at left, printed by Hatch & Co. of NY, the multiple endorsements on back show the check was refused on 2/8/65 for \"NSF\" and later paid at 90 cents on the dollar on 6/6/65, it appears that the Union was a bit short on cash in Jan 1865, a few pinholes, very fine.
