ORGINAL VINTAGE 60s ENID COLLINS OVER THE SHOULDER PURSE is in fabulous condition. The highly collectible Enid Collins handbags are all distinctive, named, themed designs using only the finest materials. Amazingly clean with minimum wear and very light patina on the brass. . It looks almost new inside and out. Fold over flap on top with leather fitting and brass lock is very neat looking. Inside has two storage compartments, one with brass zipper. There is a nice outside slip pocket for quick storage of your iPod, keys or shopping list. The jewels are all done in Autumn tones of gold, red, green, beige, and orange. There is the classic Collins signature on the front with the name of the purse which always appears on these bags. Collins founded her empire in 1959 and operated the company until 1970. This handbag has a nice shoulder strap which fits securely over the arm. It measures approximately 10.2\" across at the top and 10.75\" across at the bottom. It is 9\" high 3\" deep at the top and about 4.25\" at the bottom. The linen canvas of the purse is taunt and strong with no sagging. Please look at the pictures. I tried to take photographs which will show this lovely handbag to the best of my ability. The handbag comes from a non-smoking, no-pet home. Please feel free to ask questions before offerding.
