This nice vintage knife is 10 5/8 inches long overall with a 6 3/8 inch carbon steel blade. It is marked ET Allen SF The Club (with a dog head logo). It has a nickel silver guard and stag (antler) handles. It is used and has lots of wear. The blade has been sharpened down a lot. It has dings, discoloration, and lots of general rough wear.
