CONDITION INFORMATION

Each machine, no matter what condition it arrives, gets a thorough inspection. This inspection consists of a 24 hour hardware and software stress test. Our employees used to work for Microsoft and they love trying to see how durable a system is. After it passes this test, it\'s cleaned and any parts that are problematic are replaced with tested 100% working parts. This is why the systems are all classified as refurbished and not just USED. Of course, even if one of our systems is labeled as used, it still goes through the same testing procedures as any other system. This is why we guarantee all our systems.

You can still expect some wear marks or some imperfections to be noticeable, but we do NOT send out any broken or cracked or damaged units, unless specifically labeled in the description.

What is our advantage from the other sellers? First, we have multiple technicians that just love what they do and it shows! They get excited to work on these systems and make sure that you will receive a product that they will personally stand behind (because their employment depends on it). Secondly, they meticulously check everything about the hardware to make sure it will run for years beyond its current use. SHIPPING

When will your item be shipped? Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours ofreceivingyour payment. We use Fedex, UPS and the Postal Service to ship most items unless other arrangements are made. Items usually arrive with 5-7 business days after the order is paid in full. We do offer expedited services for overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping.

If your item does not already have the faster shipping options available, you can email us for pricing and deliver times to any location.

Local pickups can be arranged, but unscheduled drop-ins are NOT welcome.

Return & Exchange Policy

14 return policy for money back on the items if the items are returned in the same condition thay have arrived. Tampering with equipment voids this warranty
1-yr Warranty for defective parts that need replacement or repairs. Used batteries are excluded from this warranty.
Items returned are REQUIRED to have a Return Authorization Number attached or posted on the package of the returned item.
If your item are missing, you are responsible to notify us immediatly. Any items reported missing after 48 hours of the shipping confirmation are not covered
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon before the RMA is issued
Returned items MUST have all original item returned in the condition they recieved the item. Missing items will void the warranty and the return will be rejected
Original shipping usually not refundable unless the item was reported different from the description and / or damaged in the shipping process.
