#5167-FV SIZE: 2.5 inches high This gleaming Marigold Carnival Sunfish is the last one made by Fenton Glass in 2011. Thereafter the company ceased making decorator art glass. French Opalescent glass has been sprayed with metallic salts while the object is still hot, resulting in a gorgeous iridized sunfish with lots of sparkle and golden color. Each sunfish will be a bit different because of the hand crafted nature of the glass and treatment. On this sunfish, the body is a bit lighter in color and the tail and fins are a darker gold shade. As a former Fenton Glass Gold Showcase Dealer, we guarantee this sunfish to be in perfect condition - no chips or cracks - first quality glass - from store inventory. The silver Fenton sticker is attached to the bottom, and it will come in the original Fenton Glass box. This fish has the Fenton USA logo marking, that went into effect in 2008.
