fisher 500c receiver, this has the large number fm scale, its in very nice condition, everything is working properly, the controls are quiet as well as the switches. the tuner section works nicely and sounds fantastic, fisher always did have great sounding tuners. the power supply has been gone through, one of the twist lock can capacitors was replaced with a new one, the other 3 were reformed and tested excellent, also the rectifier in the bias supply has been replaced as the originalsgo bad over time. the front panel is beautiful, only a couple scratches at the top, all lettering is in tact. the chassis is pretty good, there is some lettering missing, and some staining. the preamp and tuner tubestested high, ,the outputs tested good in the 7000-8000 range where the min good is 5600 on a Hickok 539c.the receiver sounds fantastic and I have spent hours listening to it and checking all the functions, plug and play! will be double boxed and packed properly to take whatever the shippers can throw at it. ships worldwide!
