Certificate of Authenticity reads:\"Mickey\'s Film Festival\"\"This is an interpretive limited-edition sericel depicting six classic Disney characters: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy and Pluto. In this sericel edition, \"Mickey\'s Film Festival,\" glamorous Mickey, Minnie and Pluto are ushered by doorman Goofy as they arrive at a grand Hollywood premiere - to the screams of fans (including Daisy Duck), the pop of flashbulbs (including that of reporter Donald Duck), and the excitement of a gala night ahead. The Walt Disney Studios has created these character images using the fine art screen-printing process of color reproduction known as serigraphy. Disney artists specially created a hand-inked, hand-painted animation cel master, which was used by America Atelier of Carson, California in the production of these sericels. A total of 25 colors were used to recreate the color image, each of which has been exactingly screen-printed, one color at a time, onto the acetate cel. Disney artists have created the background scene accompanying this cel. It is not an original production background. However, one-sheets in the theater\'s marquee are inspired by the original theatrical posters for these classic films. Anderson Printing of Los Angeles, California has lithographically printed the background artwork on premium-quality, acid free paper. This limited edition was produced in 1999. It is comprised of a general edition of no more than 5,000 sericels and no more than 400 publisher\'s proofs for a total maximum of 5,500 sericels. Walt Disney Art Classics approves the techniques that used in the production of this edition and the proofs thereof. Conforming to the practice of fine art printing, the screens used to create the edition are destroyed when the edition is closed. The original character drawing, the original background painting, the hand-inked, hand-painted cel, and the recreated background are archived with the publisher.
