From the FAIR WEATHER FELINES by Laurel Burch - We are offering a 1995 Limited Edition Franklin Mint porcelain Collector Plate. This is a lovely piece depicting the Laurel Burch traditional whimsical cats holding an umbrella. Colors are spectacular in shades of purple, pink, green and more. The entire Plate is trimmed in 24 karat gold. This piece is hand numbered and signed by Laurel Burch. In lovely condition with no obvious signs of display and measures nearly 8 - 1/4\" in diameter.
