German Regimental Beer Stein Old Antique Vintage Military porcelain $$REDUCED$$$:

This is a wonderful beer stein from Regiment Number 76 and has the dates 1899-1901 inscribed across the bottom. Pre WWI.

It belonged to Reservist Bauman. You will find his name above the regiment number 76, as well as second in the list to the left of it.

It is 10.5 inches high from the bottom to the top of the lid.

“Kanonen Donner ist unser Grüss.” is written around the top of the ceramic portion of the Stein. This translates to “The cannons’ thunder is our greeting.”

The battle scenes are vividly colored with captions beneath them in German.

It appears to be in perfect condition, however I am not a collector and would not recognize any flaws if they existed. PLEASE ASK SPECIFIC QUESTIONS.

It has a griffon on the thumb lift and a lithopane at the base which is visible when held to the light in the “bottoms up” position
