This is an impressive good sizevintage French olive oil jar pot, with a wonderful shiny green glaze, like the most desireable confit pots.
Pretty heavy, it carries two solid and thick handles, one has got yellow glaze drips, see picture 3, and a long neck.. Large size = 18\"H x 9\"1/2 from handle to handle (45cm H)
Minor wear as shown to the base, the other chips on body and handle appear to be firing defects from touching other potteries in the kiln.
Very stylish and decorative in your French Provence Bastide style kitchen or anywhere at home with fresh or dryed flowers.
