Cylinder does not spin on its own but can be spun. The hammer pulls back and stays until trigger is pulled. Original tiny bullets are included (Only 5 of the 6 original are present). No projectiles or bullets shoot from this toy gun. Bullets that come with the toy gun are just for show and do not contain any combustible materials, nor do they fire from the toy gun. No caps are included in sale, but can be placed next to hammer to make popping noises. Most of these vintage Hubley detective cap guns have broken hammer/trigger functionality, nor do they come with the original fake hard plastic bullets.
