This item is gently used, and is in great condition. It comes from a smoke-free, pet-free household.

Payment is due within 4 days of sale closing. After 3 days, I sent out a friendly payment reminder. I understand sometimes people forget to pay or are too busy to get it done right away. That is why the reminder e-mail goes out. If payment is not made within 4 days of sale closing, an unpaid item case will be filed.

Items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Generally, if you pay by 6pm CST time or so, your package will be packed up and labeled that evening and will be dropped off at the post office the next business day.

Shipping and handling charges include packaging materials, travel to post office, shipping services, along with covering fees. I use Shipping Calculator for shipping prices for everything except flat rate. All I do is type in the weight, size, and service and it gives you the price based on your zip code. This helps customers living closer to me so I don’t have to charge them the higher price that it would be to ship it across the country. Please keep in mind that shipping services went up across the board with USPS at the end of January.

RETURNS:

Please notify me of a return request within 14 days of receiving the item. You must contact me first, get approval from me for a return, and provide me with a tracking number within 7 days of approval. Upon receipt of the returned item is when you will be refunded for the item price only...you will not be refunded for original shipping or return shipping. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns. In the event that I have not described an item properly or it arrives damaged, you will still be required to return the item, but you will not be charged the restocking fee and will be refunded the original shipping price.

Combined Shipping Discount

Combined shipping is only offered to items that have the “combined shipping discount” section in the description of the listing. Those that do not have this section you are currently reading cannot be combined with other items because they will be shipped in original packaging or packaging that just fits the item. Therefore, if you are reading this right now, you can receive combined shipping for this item. Items that do not have combined shipping will state it on the description.
If you purchase 2 or more items from me (all must end within a 3 day sale-ending period), you will pay full shipping price for the most expensive shipping fee, plus an additional $2.50 for each additional item.

I have been hurt too many times by buyers who offer on items several days apart and then never paid for either item.
