Harpham Brothers Saddle High Back Old Western Saddle Vintage For Sale
hey there, I am trying to sell my Harpham Brothers saddle. it is stamped according to the years of 1900 - 1928. The Harpham brothers are well known in Lincon NE. there building where this saddle was made still stands there today. They later merged with askew saddle makers as well with a few others. this saddle I found in a barn this man was wanting to get rid of it. the coolest thing is that he still rode and used the thing. these saddles were made to last.. I mean it is 85 years old at the youngest or 113 years at the oldest. most people that I know are long gone at 113. this saddle is in pretty good condition for where I found it and it being still used there are a few missing leather pieces like on the swells. and some leather strings been rotted off.as well as the leather laced in back of seat I have a picture of it in there.. take a real good look at this one guys. this is a great great find. I found a saddle stamped just like mine just a little newer and was going for over a thousand dollars... DO not over look the Harpham saddles. they are right up there with the askews, RT Frazier, Fred Muller, all of them. please take a look . thanks stamped 505
