For sale is an early Mantetsu Katana in extremely rare and expensive aluminum Saya.


The Saya has no dents, which is rather unusual.


The Katana is signed on both sides.


Koa Isshin Mantetsu saku kore.


On the 2nd page \"Showato Kanoto Mi Haru\" (Spring 1941).


Shortly before the attack on Pearl Harbor (Dez.1941)


The Tsuba and Seppas are all provided with No. 13.


On the Kabuto gane is the Hotta- mokko mon (Family Crest) of the Hotta family. Daimyofamily


The cuttingeage has no nicks. There are 2 small rust spots and dark spots on the blade. Everything else is good. The Tang moves slightly in the Tsuka.
