The blade isinold polish, no rust, no stain andingood condition. There is no nick, no bend, no crackand cutting edge is sharp. The temper line iswavygunome-choji temper pattern and hasdeep temper at the point. The forging grain is itame hada, shows tiny coarse forging but no openings, no blister and no forging flaws. The scabbard is black leather coveredwood scabbard, shows aged wear but no tears, no crack, nobendand in good condition.The handle is Edo period made tsuka, tight fit, tsuka wrapping is no cut,no loose and in good condition. Tsuba is WWll made iron tsuba, \"忠 勇\" engraved.
