2009 John Deere 2305 Sub-Compact Tractor with only 150 Hrs. Awesome tractor with front end loader bucket. Hydrostatic drive, with 4 wheel drive, shade canopy, added auxiliary hydraulic connections for rear and front hydraulic attachments.
Includes a land plane box scraper that connects to raise and lower hydraulically. These cost new around $1800. Also includes 4\' standard box scraper worth $450. Shade canopy cost $300. Added auxiliary hydraulic setup cost an additional $850 to install. Total of $3400 add ons.
These tractors are great to use around farm or yard. I was using this tractor with the land plane box scraper to do the finish grading on some house pads and work slowed down and I am in need of the $..otherwise I would not sell this..it is too fun and handy to use when needed.
The hydrostatic drive makes this tractor extemely easy to drive and operate. Many attachments possible including a mower deck and rear backhoe can be used with this tractor.
Buyer must arrange pickup of tractor. Can be hauled on a standard 16\' utility trailer.
