I feel that it isnecessaryto make my potential buyers aware of one of my most recent sellingtransactions, for which I feel I unfairlyreceivedNEGATIVE response. This buyer (grm1227)purchasedan item but obviouslyfailed to fully readthe listing for the item he purchased, which clearly indicated a longer than normal HANDLING TIME. He stillreceivedhis item within the specified handling time, butbecausehe had not read all thedetailsof thelisting, and felt that I did not send the item in a timely manner, he proceeded to postNEGATIVEresponse withoutcontactingme first to complain or clarify. Please take his NEGATIVE response of me as ananomaly (he must have been having a bad day) as ALL of my other response from buyers and sellers has been POSITIVE!!!
To clarify, I travel considerably for work and can be away from home for a week or two at a time.Becauseof this, I use the \"-supplied\" feature which allows me to choose an EXTENDED HANDLING TIME (of 10 BUSINESS DAYS) to be shown near the top of the listing. If someonepurchasesan item, I usually contact them a day or so after the purchase to let them know if and why their item may be delayed in shipping. And 99.999999% of the time they respond favorablyindicatingno issue with a delayed delivery.
