This large charger came from an sale in Vermont. The back is marked with the blue scepter - made in Germany US Zone. The charger measures 14 1/4\" in diameter. It weighs 3 pounds, 13 ounces. It has a lovely white embossed flower design with a couple of insects. The charger is in good condition, no chips or cracks. The bowl of the charger has use marks that I could not pick up with the camera. There are two small dark marks. I have shown these in the pictures. The bottom that rests on a surface has some use marks.
