Please know how to assemble what you purchase or take ittoo a professional if you are unsure, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN BECAUSE YOUCAN’T PUT IT TOGETHER YOURSELF!!!Bicycles vary in the degree of assembly needed based on the size of theshipping box. Brand new in the box meansjust that, the bicycle has NOT been assembled which means wheels may need to betensioned and trued as well as gears adjusted and so forth. If you do not know how to do these jobs andare not willing to pay a professional to perform them purchasing a bike in thebox may not be a wise idea. We are not responsible for any assemblyexpenses.

4. SHIPPING: Wetypically have your item packaged and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Very often you will receive your trackingnumber within hours of paying for an item.That DOES NOT mean the item shipped at that point, but that the shipmenthas been initiated. It takes time toproperly package larger items such as bicycles.Our sale handling time is 3-5 days, but most items are shipped outnext day. We insure every package forthe winning offer amount and require a signature for your protection andours. If an item is damaged or lost inshipment that is NOT our responsibility. We will do everything in ourpower to help but here is what you have to do: Examine the package whenit is delivered, require any external damage to be noted by the shipper. Keep all packing materials and photograph thedamage. Noteany missing components.We are not responsible for missing components, so do not expect us tosend replacement parts because the shipper wrecked the packaging. 5. We photograph all our items with a Nikon d40camera in full digital. We want you to see every detail possible beforeyou offer. Please again if you are unsureask us.

7. If your child decided it was awesome to offer on it and youdidn\'t know it; then really what were they doing on YOUR account? Wedon\'t care what excuse you give us we are still reporting it too as youwasted our time.offerding is a legal contract, so keepyourlittle cutie off your account if you didn\'t want to buy it.

9. DUE TO RECENT NON-PAYINGbuyers: All items must be paid forwithin 48 hours of the end of the sale unless other arrangements are madeprior to offerding. There are noexceptions. If you cannot afford it , don’t offer! Ifyou “buy it now”, payment will be required immediately or your offer will becancelled, and you will be reported to .Any item not paid for within 48 hours will be re-listed and if I sell itbefore you pay for it too bad.

10. I cannot believe I haveto add another rule but here goes. Andyes we just had a winning buyer do this to us.When you WIN an sale, you now own that product. It is not a way for you to keep your optionsopen while you offer on something else.YOU WIN THE sale YOU OWN THE ITEM!I don’t care if the widget you found at another sale is cooler ornot.

11. A word aboutresponse. If you have an issue with yourpurchase please try and contact us prior to leaving negative response. It is difficult to remedy a problem if we donot know about it. If you purchase anitem as used, you can expect that we are truthful and that it is used. If we tell you that it is brand new youshould expect it to be brand new and in showroom condition. We can’t mention or photograph every squareinch of every item. If something is notto your liking please let us try and correct it. Please be willing to show us proof of the issuevia photographs. If not then we can onlyassume you are not being truthful, as the last 3 negative responses we receivedwere. We want you satisfied, but we arenot push-over’s either, after all there is a reason you just got that $5000bike for $1900 isn’t there.
