I have owned this set of W & T Avery Agate Brass Balance Beam Scales for over 50 years now - they have been used as decor in my home - but now downsizing..
They measure overall:Base 61cm 24\"Height 73cm 28\"depth back to front 30cm 12\"on a mahogany baseThere are 5 original brass weights - all stamped4lb, 2lb, 1lb, 8oz and 4 ozs.
they would make a lovely shop or home decor display.
I have not polished the brass up recently, but they do look stunning when fully polished.
