This sale is for a lot of 2 original US Army Model 1916holsters. #1 is in good condition and is maker marked “G. & K.” on the backand dated 1918. Good clear US oval stamp. Leather is soft and supple with somewear. Front was dyed black for postwar reissue. Stitching and rivets are tight.Holster is complete including braided leather leg toe down thong. #2 is in goodcondition. Good clear US oval stamp. No visible maker markings. Leather is softand supple with some wear and flaking. Has scratched name on the back Front wasdyed black for postwar reissue. Stitching shows some slipping on the internalform, otherwise stitching and rivets are tight. Nice lot for your collection orresale!
