Delicately Designed Thin Metal Dies by Poppystamps Memory Box Co.

These dies are made in USA and compatible with most leading die-cutting machines.(additional adapter, shim, may be required)

We use both Australia Post and Couriers service to ship all items. We offer free shipping for most items in our store and free registered shipping for all orders over $60. Combined shipping is available for all items with postage charge. Items are dispatched within the same day the payment is cleared/received (cut off 12 pm midday - Monday to Friday) or the next business day. For standard or registered delivery, please allow at least 4-6 business days after shipping for your package to arrive (in a rare occasion it may take 10 business days for the parcel to arrive).

We also ship internationally. The postage rate is specified in the listings and a combined postage is available. All duties and import taxes are the buyer\'s responsibility to pay. There is no tracking available on International Standard Airmail, and it can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery if held by customs. We can upgrade your shipping to registered or express mail if you request it. Please contact us for more information.

Payment is due within 5 days of purchase unless agreed to prior to purchase. If payment is not received within these time frames, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we will not be held responsible for any loss of parcel due to an incorrect shipping address given to us.

If you purchase an item by mistake and would like to cancel the transaction or exchange for other items before the item has been posted, simply send us a message and we will accommodate your request. We accept returns for unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us prior to returning any item. Shipping costs are not refundable (including items listed as free shipping) and will be taken off from the refund amount.

Items listed \"Available\" on our store are to the best of our knowledge. Some items will sometimes run low and are sold out without prior notice to us. Should an item your purchase be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the issue to advise expected delivery time. You have an option either change or cancel your order at this time.
