MARX MINIATURE WESTERN TOWN PLAYSET. This is as close to MINT as I have ever seen. Box is barely scuffed and still glossy like it was on a SEARS store shelf. All figures and buildings are still in UNOPENED BAGS. ONLY EVER TOUCHED to be photographed. Instructions are still sealed and the playmat has never been unfolded. This set is immaculate and VERY HARD to come by in this condition. Very hard for me to part with but I like my sets displayed and don\'t have the heart to open this one up.Non-smoking home. I will be selling many more Marx, John Jenkins and other vintage figures (Britains, Barzso etc.), books, kits etc. Most of my FIW, 18th Century collection of metal figures/toy soldiers will be sold as I am focusing on figure kits now, so keep your eyes on my listings for the next few months.
