Here offered is the best metal Barrister Lawyer\'s Stacking Bookcase that I have ever offered for sale in the 40 years that I have been in the Antiques Business. This is a three stack bookcase made by Shaw-Walker one of the best Indusial and Office Furniture Manufacturing Company\'s of the 20th Century in America. The original green paint on this is in amazing condition. I had a very hard time showing the true color of this Green. This is much better looking in person than my photos show. This is a nice rich green somewhat darker than Army Green. There is only slight wear to the front bottom inside of the individual bookcase sections (These cannot be seen unless the door is open) and some minor scuffing around the bottoms of the feet. The top of the bookcase also has some scuffing from items being slid across the finish. This is not bad but you can see the marks if you are tall enough. There is no rust or dents to this Bookcase. On each individual stacking section on the back left side is an oval mark where a inventory or number tag was original affixed to the pieces. These are all missing and were probably taken off when this was decommissioned from a Company\'s inventory. This is 33" wide, 13 1/2" deep and 59" tall. Each Bookcase section is 16" high. The doors all lift up and slide properly and all the glass is free of cracks or chips. The knobs are made of brass.This is quite heavy with each section weighing 30+ pounds and the entire unit more than 135 pounds. I am offering as a LOCAL PICK UP ONLY....NO SHIPPING.
