This receiver is in great condition both cosmetically and mechanically. Please watch the video and you will see that it sounds as good as it looks.A part of Marantzs\' 1982 line of gold plated devices. The SR 8100 dc was ahead of it\'s time with the first microprocessor in a hifi component ever as well as a sleep timer(unheard of at that time). Originally designed by Tom Ishimoto the SR 8100 DC was a popular unit when it first retailed at $750($1850 in todays dollars according to the Beureau of Labor statistics)
