All closings are handled by our lawyer (or preferred title company),who is greatly experienced, has closed over 1,000 timeshare sales, and hasbeen licensed with the Florida BAR for 20+ years.
SHIPPING--
All paperwork is handled via fax, email, and FedEx.
RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL--
Many timeshares retain the Right of First Refusal. If the resort exercises this right, you will be refunded your deposit in full.
