There are a couple damaged pieces like one of the wheels on one of the cannons as well as one of the cannons. Everything else is in pretty good shape for its age. The box has tape and shows a lot of wear but it is present. There are 26 blue army men and 28 gray men as well many accessories. It is missing the the play mat.
