This restoration was started many moons ago. I have finally come to accept that with all my other projects, it is unlikely I will get around to this sweet little tractor anytime soon. They are pretty rare as they were only made for 3 years. I believe she deserves a loving home and somebody with the time to finish her up. She has been stored indoors and covered ever since this project was started. I would estimate that she is approx. 70-75% done. I had a professional industrial maintenance company completely rebuild the motor, transaxle assemblies, clutch, brakes tie rods etc so all the running gear/rolling chassis is completely gone through. I don\'t even what to mention how much that cost me but lets just say it was more than my starting offer on this sweet little tractor. The whole frame, wheels etc were professionally sandblasted and painted. The paint is gorgeous (but a little dusty)! Most small parts have also been completely sandblasted and painted as well. She has new Armstrong Titan USA made tires front and back - if you know these you know the tires along are the better part of $1000. To the best of my knowledge, all parts are here and just need to be identified and assembled. Tractor was complete when purchased and I believe everything is still there. Radiator was re-cored. Sheet metal is complete - mostly 100% original, however 2 side panels were remade for me as the originals we not in the best shape. Rear fenders are rotted and will need replacement but they are readily available here on for less than $100 ea. Hood & front cowl are in nice shape with no damage so to speak of. It has aux. hydraulics as you can see from the pics. Tractor also has a set of original? belly cultivators. Some of these items mentioned may or may not be shown in the pics. That is because I am still sorting and collecting these. I am suffering from many years of stashing goodies for safekeeping. Everything will be available by the end of this sale though. If that will influence your offerding, make sure to indicate this to me and I will expedite collection and photographing of those items for your inspection. This project is mostly done and just needs somebody to devote a little time/effort to wrapping it up. This sweet little tractor would make a great addition to a Massey Harris collection, a parade show piece or any number of other uses. Tractor is available for pick-up in the Los Angeles area.
