Here\'s a truly fantastic, 1960\'s vintage, Hans Wegner / Scandinavian style side chair for you. This chair is unmarked but I do believe that it was manufactured in the late 1950\'s - 1960\'s by the Jasper Chair Company. The chair features solid walnut construction with a contoured seat and beautifully sculpted wrap-around arms. The torpedo-shaped legs are capped with brass bolsters. The chair measures approximately 30\" tall by 23.75\" wide by 23\" deep.

This high quality chair is very well constructed of heavy walnut. The chair is in very good to excellent condition with the only minor flaws being a few light scratches in the seat and a 1/4\" divit in the chair back. None of these have deeply scarred the wood, rather they are more like imprints. The wood still retains a beautiful sheen, as you can see in the photos. I\'ve included pictures in natural light and indoors so that you can see just how nice this chair really looks. The chair is VERY comfortable too. I\'ve seen similar chairs with cushioned seats but I do think that I prefer the look and feel of the bare wood. I would actually keep this one for my own home . . . but I\'m out of room!
