Q. Can I make changes on the bike?
A. Unfortunately, no. These bikes are boxed and ready to ship, exactly the way your local bike shop would get them. We could never offer these prices if we had to carry a large inventory of parts and accessories and have mechanics to make the changes.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We only collect sales tax in Florida & Texas. There is no sales tax in the remaining states.Q. Why are the weights not listed in the description?
A. Weight questions are the hardest ones to answer honestly since I find that very few manufacturers do. I see claimed weights on various bikes and wonder how they got that weight.
There are so many variables... Most companies weigh the smallest size, without pedals, reflectors, HB tape, etc. and then fudge some more. The size of the bike, type of pedals, and many other things can affect the results. Then there is the value of where the weight is. Spinning weight is more important than non-spinning weight. The most cost effective way to improve performance is to get super light tires and tubes! Your concern regarding the complete should be tempered by understanding WHY weight makes a difference.

Q. How much assembly is there?
A. You or a bike shop must install, adjust, and inspect the following:
*Install saddle to seat post and seat post to frame.
*Install Handlebar on stem and stem on fork.
*Adjust headset.
*Install front wheel in fork.
*Install pedals to crank arms.
*Inspect cranks and bottom bracket.
*Connect and adjust front brakes.
*Adjust rear brake, front and rear derailleurs and shifters.
*Inspect wheels for true and round condition and adjust if necessary.
*Install reflectors and inflate tires.
We recommend that a professional mechanic assemble and test this bike before use.

Q. Can you ship outside of the United States?
A. No. As noted in the description of these bicycle, we have a strict agreement with the manufacturer.
We are licensed by them for sales in the US market only and can not ship outside of the United States. We take our commitment very seriously and would not jeapordize our reputation by not honoring our word. Sorry!

Q. Can I ship to a US address even though I am out of the US?
A. Your transaction must come from a US account and payment made through a US Paypal account to go through.

Q. Can I ship to another address?
A. We can only ship toCONFIRMEDaddresses so you will need to add the address as a confirmed address to your credit card accountPRIORto ordering.

Q. What is your warranty and how is it handled?
A. This bike has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If it was a frame problem you would return it to us for evaluation. If it was a parts issue, each manufacturer authorizes any dealer to handle warranty problems and your local bike shop may handle it for you
but they are not required to and some won\'t because you did not purchase it from them.
(If you had a shop that didn\'t want to earn your service and accessories business I would consider finding a shop that had a better grasp on customer service.)Of course, it can also be returned to us for evaluation.
