CUSTOM MADE \"CRITTERFOOT\" ORIGINALS

Quality and craftmenship of CRITTERFOOT ORIGINALS have gained much recognition.

The \"Critterfoot\" logo is simply a human foot print facing the sun. What it stands for is that Mankind is the only one of God\'s Critters that He has given the choice to follow Him or not. We have chosen to follow.

The items you see are CUSTOM MADE decorative pieces to adorn Pre-1840 MOUNTAIN MAN HATS. (any hat) They are original by design with the following creative ideas to make them not only unique, but beneficial as well.

A colorful beaded rosette is placed on top of a hand sculpted leather base. (Four colors to choose from) RED, YELLOW, BLACK, or WHITE. Note: Due to procurement challenges the beaded rosettes will always be of the same high quality as those shown but may occasionally vary slightly in design.
From the center of each beaded rosette hang three leather thongs. The thongs are decorated with glass crow beads decorated to match the colors of the beaded rosette.
Stitched off to the side of the rosette are two leather \"stays\". The leather \"stays\" are unique as they are designed to hold the feather in place . . . yet, the feather can be removed or changed as desired. (when your hat is being stored the feathers can be removed and stored flat until it is time to re-insert them into the \"stays.\")
The feathers are TURKEY FEATHERS, legally harvested and sanitized for each hat decoration. The curve of the feather will dictate the side of the hat the decoration should go on. (The pictures show all left sided feathers. Whether they go on the right or left side of the hat, they will look the same. Feathers may be either wing or tail feathers depending on availability.

Because we are professionals, we take pictures of every item we sell. No matter what anyone may say, no two hand made items are exactly the same. You deserve to know exactly what you will be receiving. (A picture is worth a thousand words.)
