- Very conservatively graded & certified by PMG as CU64, and looks to be even better than that with the extra wide borders.
- No problems of any kind, and there are no pin holes.
- The thick ragpaper itself is watermarked \"NEW JERSEY\" when held upto a light source.
- Bold serial number 1948 (a very possible birth year/date for a collector out there who is 68 years of age), along with three equally bold signatures of Jonathan Dear, Robert Smith, and Joseph Smith.
