Very conservatively graded & certified by PMG as CU64, and looks to be even better than that with the extra wide borders.
No problems of any kind, and there are no pin holes.
The thick ragpaper itself is watermarked \"NEW JERSEY\" when held upto a light source.
Bold serial number 1948 (a very possible birth year/date for a collector out there who is 68 years of age), along with three equally bold signatures of Jonathan Dear, Robert Smith, and Joseph Smith.
Authentic & historical item issued during the Revolutionary War, and just a few months before the Declaration of Independence was ratified.
