Avon put this item out I believe in the 1980\'s. It is for the Fluff Puff Perfumed Talc Dispenser. It is New. Never Used. Has been in storage all this time. It is approx. 10\" long x 4\" wide at the widest point. The white puff is very white and soft. The tassle is very white too. The back of the box has printed in part \"A \"Practical\" Luxury! This beautiful Fluff Puff hangs decoratively from its tassel. Combines the convenience of an applicator that stores its own Talc, with the luxury of a soft powder puff that makes you feel special all over! To Use\" Turn and lift off cap. Pour Talc into opening until about 3/4 ufll. Replace cap. Pat puff slightly against palm until powder starts to flow. Fluff lightly and smooth evenly over skin. The long handle makes it easy to stroke puff over your back and other hard to reach areas. May be refilled with any Avon Perfumed Talc\". The box is in great condition too.
