Most items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours with a transit time of from 3 to 10 business days, however due to manufacturing and motor freight shipping times, delivery times could be as long as 2 – 4 weeks especially during peak times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so please plan ahead. Large game shipping is by motor freight with curbside delivery to the 48 lower states. Please note that this product cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Important: Large Item Shipping Information
All large items are shipped via common carrier (freight truck) and curb side delivery. The delivery truck will park in front of your home, and you are responsible for receiving the product from the truck.
Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s pick-up location, he/she will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday. The delivery appointment must be scheduled within 3 business days from the carrier contacting you. If a delivery appointment is not scheduled, you may incur daily storage fees that must be paid before your order will be released for delivery.If you are ordering a large item, please note that you may need a couple of people to help unload it and carry it inside. It is the customer’s responsibility to transport the product(s) from the truck inside, however several truck freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office.At the time you are called by the shipper to setup an appointment for delivery you can then inquire about additional shipping services you may need. In this event, it is your responsibility to directly pay the truck delivery carrier for any additional services.

Remember: You must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write \"PACKAGE DAMAGED\" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write \"Package Damaged\" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, please refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. Only sign for a package if you are sure that the contents are in good condition with no damage. Deliveries that have been signed for free and clear of damages will be the receipient\'s responsibility, no exceptions.
If you have correctly followed the guide lines above and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us within 2 days and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to the high cost of shipping large items by freight line, returns for these items are in most cases prohibitively expensive. Please make sure all of your questions are answered before ordering. Our customer service team is more than willing to answer any and all product questions. Of course, unforeseen problems with your orders will be handled free of charge. Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. In the case of a return, you will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. All returned products must be unused and in original shipping cartons. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.
