Here for your consideration is a nice Lionel HO gauge set made by LIONEL in 1960. This is Set No. 5742, the Pennsylvania Rectifier Passenger Set.
This set is in better than excellent condition and in in super condition for its age. It includes the following:
No. 0581 Pennsylvania Rectifier Locomotive. It is near like new. Bright Gold Leaf lettering very sharp. It runs well and the headlights work. Needs one coupler.No. 0708 Pennsylvania Baggage Car is like new. Great colors and graphics. Both couplers are present.No. 0709 Pennsylvania Vista Dome Car is like new. Great colors and graphics. Both couplers are present.No. 0710 Pennsylvania Observation Car is like new. Great colors and graphics. Both couplers are present.The No. 5742 Set Box is excellent to excellent plus with minor tears in the top flaps. All flaps are present & firmly attached.The graphics are crisp and clear with the numbers and set information clearly legible.The component boxes are fair but not complete.
