As pictured. This Hawthorne Village figurine is previously adult collector owned condition. Non-smoking retail sales Environment. Lights up beautifully. Works without issue. Includes miniature Wolfman figurine. Comes with the original packaging, which is a Styrofoam box and the unopened COA which is still factory sealed to the box.

Please note: There is a factory error on the COA. Itreads \"T-Rex House\", not \"Octopus House\". The number on the COA is A2206, which isthe same as on the bottom of the Octopus House piece itself, so it\'s legit as a factory error on the COA, not on the piece itself. We have re-listed this item with a $5 reduction in price for this, but truly it does NOT deter from this item\'s value.
