This is areal nice original International Harvester Type L low tension rotary magneto for an International Harvester Type M gas engine. It was factory equipment on the 1 1/2 and 3hp M engines and it was also a optional attachment on other engines like the 1hp Famous and Titan along with the Titan Jr. It is inexcellent condition for it\'s age. The threads in one of the mounting holes is perfect condition while the other one needs a helicoil type repair. It has the original name band on it. It has the original push ball oilers in it. It turns over nicely withexcellent magnetic pull and has only very slight wear in the bearings.The diecast housing is also in great shape and not all cracked up like a lot of them are. It does have a chip out of the gear side housing below the bearing but this really doesn\'t affect it\'s performance. It isn\'t seen when the magneto is on an engine. It could easily be built up with some space age adhesive like JB Weld and never be notice. The magnets have just been recharged.It puts out a hot, fat, blue spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly.This magneto would even make a greatspare on the shelf. It\'s pretty crispy and the pictures tell the story. You\'ll like it. Good Luck.
