This is an original cast iron Wico EK magneto bracket for aJohn Lauson or Alpha DeLavalhit and miss or throttle governed gas engine. It is from an early engine collectors estate where it lived for many decades. It mounts with two holes 2 3/8inches apart on center. It is forthe Lauson and Alpha engines that have the spark plug in the bracket and not in the head.The sparkplug threads are in great shape. It is for the Model W engines with solid flywheels andshould fit several sizes of their engines including the 1 1/2, 2 1/2, and 3 1/2hp.Ithas an old repair that could be dressed down a bit but where it sits on the engine will not be seen. Please measure your engine to be sure it works for your application. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets!
