Its great original Pre WWI US Bayonet. Bayonet is used but in very good condition. Bayonet size without scabbard 16 inches. Blade size is 11 3/4 inches. Blade is in excellent condition. One side of blade has a mark \"US\" other side of blade has a mark \"1903\" ( 1903 is the year of the manufacturer). Bayonet has metal guard. Has wooden handles with metal pommel. Button for connection with rifle is working very well see picture below. Bayonet has original metal scabbard. Scabbard has very strong metal part for connection with belt (see picture below). This bayonet not only a weapon but a part of US military history.
