Original U.S. Cavalry Lyons 1903 Picket Pin. (Lyons Pattern) Overall 18 inches. - Dia. 7/8 inch. Marked U.S. & R.I.A. 1903. This picket pin is a larger diameter than the M1874 (5/8\") In 1904 the Ordnance Dept. went back to 5/8\" Dia. Pin. I believe this was only used for one or two years. Excellent condition. VERY RARE!
