I picked up this really honest and untouched Japanese Bayonet today. Looked it up and see it is from the Nagoya Arsenal, hookedquill on, bright blade with only a few darkspots thatshould come off, but that is up to you to try - See the last pic. I had to turn off the flash because the dark areas disappear - hence it is a little fuzzy, but you get the idea.
No dents in the sheath / scabbard, only the patina & rust that you see. Should clean up real nice - but again, up to you if you do that kind of thing.
Blade hasoriginal factory edge.
Frog is nice yet stiff (that\'s what she said).
