For yourconsideration is this antique glass negative photo plate of a couple posing fortheir portrait, possibly a wedding photo from a small town in Kentucky sometimein the early 1900’s.

The woman isdressed in a full length, high neck frock and the man is wearing a formaljacket with knee britches. They arephotographed against what might be a backyard fence.

Size app: 5 x 4 inches

Condition: asfound in box, could probably use a cleaning, but looks to be in good condition consideringits age and storage. When you considerthat this was a very early form of photography the glass plate is in remarkablygood condition with only some minor chips along the edges of the plate and somewhatdirty
