This listing is forthe actual item shown in the pictures,101 year profusely color illustrated brochure put out by the Remington Typewriter Company for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco. It is accompanied by the ORIGINAL letter that was included with the brochure from the President of the Exposition which touted that yes, indeed, Remington typewriters were used exclusively for the official business of the Exposition.

The letter is near MINT. ALL covers & heavy stock semi-gloss pages are well attached, NONE loose or missing. The soft covered fold out brochure is NOT sunned or faded in any way, rich deep colors.BEAUTIFUL maps and colored plates/prints, minor handling marks only.NO major, NO stains, NO writing, some edge/surface wear and minor edge nips/splits at the panel creases. The worst flaw is an approx. 3/4\" edge tear on the back cover. Never wet, NO waving, NO curling, NO foxing. One of the finest examples of this Century old brochure we\'ve ever seen, it measures 11\" by 7 3/8\" closed, approx. 29 1/2\" by 11\" opened and contains 30 pages. Condition is as shown and described.
